My name is Ross and I teach yoga across North and East Surrey.
Leading a stressed and an hectic life? I know what it's like - yoga was my little oasis of peace during stressful times - it can be yours too!
You will learn breathing practices that help to manage stress levels, manage pain and increase wellbeing
My classes focus on the individual, are adapted to make it accessible and inclusive for all to participate.
You will work at your pace, taking as many breaks as you need to during the practices or working as hard as you want to - the choice is yours!
Each practice is different but the aim is to make you feel nurtured, nourished and calm
I have been practising yoga for nearly 30 years and know how beneficial it is, no matter what age or how bendy you are! 🧘♀️
Although I am perfectly imperfect like all other human beings, I make my classes fun, but focused, and to each single lesson I give it my best shot!

I started practising yoga in 1995. I am passionate about making yoga accessible and affordable for everybody, whatever people's age, gender, race, size or level of bendiness, it just doesn't matter. I teach in groups, on a 1:1 basis, run courses and workshops. I incorporate a variety of traditional practices in movement, breath, and meditation.
My aim: Improving people's wellbeing through yoga, teaching groups, individuals and kids in the community, enriching their lives and giving them a chance to cultivate a long lasting sense of wellbeing
