The benefits of yoga

Nearly every month, I ran yoga classes for beginners - they provide an opportunity for new students to learn basic postures and after 4 weeks, join one of the regular weekly classes.  Yoga helps to improve posture, balance, flexibility and mobility, to relieve lower back pains, to reduce stress, to strengthen muscles and improve general well-being.

There is no age limit with yoga; chair yoga for those who are unable for whatever reasons to do yoga on the mat or gentle yoga, a gentle yoga for seniors eager to keep their balance, flexibility and mobility.  Learn yoga, with online yoga classes, in the comfort of your home.
Yoga in the workplace can foster a ‘teamwork’ spirit, that will benefit the entire workplace. Key benefits include higher staff retention, enhanced motivation and creativity, reduced absenteeism and a greater sense of team and work morale. We will resume face to face classes as soon as it is safe to do so.
