Beginners Yoga

4 Week Course - First step towards wellbeing

This 4 weeks yoga course will lay the foundations of your practice.  You will learn with a small group of people, in a supportive and interactive environment, under the supervision of a highly trained yoga teacher.  You will learn about movement, alignment, synching movement and breath - to get the most out of a practice that aims to leave you feeling rejuvenated, energized, stretched, toned and positive!  18+ only, unsuitable during pregnancy.

Yoga Flow

Duration of session: 75 minutes
A dynamic yoga practice with an intelligent sequencing to strengthen and tone muscles & joints, increase flexibility and stamina.  
This class is not suitable during pregnancy or anyone who is unable to transition easily from mat to standing and viceversa.  18yrs+ only.

Golden Years Yoga

Work at your pace!

Duration of session: 45 minutes
You cannot sit on the mat? No problem we have Yoga based around the chair - an activity designed to cater for the needs of the older people with conditions such as osteoarthritis, hypertension, diabetes, etc. and to enable them to exercise yoga safely, on the chair or with the support of the chair!   18+

Aligning With Yourself

Duration of session: 60 minutes
You are never too old to start yoga! Yoga helps to improve posture, balance, flexibility and mobility, to relieve lower back pains, to reduce stress, to strengthen muscles and improve general well-being.  Ideal for those looking to improve their general wellbeing.  Suitable for those who can move from mat to standing with ease.   18+

Relax and Renew

Yoga Nidra Yoga Nidra means 'yogic sleep' in Sansrit.  It promotes inner harmony and enhances our ability to move forward in life.   A deep relaxation class, with emphasis on rest.  Designed to quieten the mind and rest the body, to restore harmony and wellbeing, naturally. 18+

Private Sessions

1 hour per session

Private yoga lesson, a fantastic alternative to classes.  This type of session offers the opportunity to focus on individual requirements and work through a practice designed for the individual and aimed to progressively work towards well being at a more individual level and pace.  Private yoga sessions are available for 18+

Stretch & Relax

Stretch the body and relax the mind

Duration: 75 minutes

Starting with warming up, you will focus on stretching the body, tight muscles, joints and encourage the body to release tension and tightness and let go of tension accumulated during the day.  Not suitable during prenancy, 18+ only

Pilates class

 Duration: 1 hour

A Mat Pilates class to strengthen the core, and to enhance shoulder, hips and knees stability.

18+ only, not suitable during pregnancy
