CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER POLICIES
With Term Deals, Courses or Monthly Class Passes, no refund or carry forwards will be made for unused sessions.

CLASSES GROUP SESSIONS: Booking is required, 24 hours prior to class at the latest. | Individual calendar monthly passes: to be purchased before your first class and must be used within the same calendar month. | Cancellation or Transfer of bookings: 24 hour notice is required.  The request will only be processed if the cancellation is received 24 hours before the start time. | Transfer of booking within the same month between classes of the same duration will be permitted. | Upgrades of passes during the month will be allowed (so if you purchase say a monthly 2 sessions pass you can upgrade to a 3 or 4 monthly pass, paying the difference in the monthly subscription).

Workshops, Special Events (Restorative), Retreats or Masterclasses: no refunds if the cancellation is made within 3 weeks of the event.

PRIVATE SESSIONS: Bookings are subject to agreement and availability. | Any cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of an agreed session. | Payable by BACS in advance. |
