About the Course

A meditative practice to still the mind, Yin Yoga encourages conscious and consistent relaxation to soothe the nervous system. Yin Yoga is a powerful antidote to stress and each practices invites you to connect with the body in a deeper way from other practices, as the postures are typically held for 3 to5 minutes. Physically Yin Yoga exercises the connective tissues hidden deep inside, allowing you to be at rest, and attune to the sensations, thoughts and insights experienced through asanas and meditation.


The aim of Yin Yoga is to enhance the capacity of being (as opposed to doing and business), in a safe, calm and soothing practice that nourishes and restores the body and mind, bringing balance and harmony in your life.
