About the Course
A paced yoga practice with an intelligent sequencing to strengthen and tone muscles & joints, increase flexibility and stamina that integrates short vinyasa sequences, breathing techniques (pranayama), visualization and mudras.
This nourishing class combines slow mindful movement with traditional yoga postures. The pace of this class encourages moving mindfully with the breadth, to help balance the nervous system, experience harmony and peace in both body and mind. Regular practice helps to improve physical, emotional and mental wellbeing and is designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated, calm, relaxed, stretched, toned and positive.
Open to all levels. Beginners welcome!
This class is not suitable during pregnancy or anyone who is unable to transition easily from mat to standing and viceversa. 18yrs+ only.
If I record the practice, the recording will be made available to all those who have paid for the class for 3 days.
