Discover how yoga can help to feel more balanced, motivate you and enhance your overall sense of wellbeing and harmony.
2️⃣ Nutrition for Menopause: Explore the science behind weight fluctuation driven by hormonal changes - why do women gain weight and feel so tired after the age of 45 / 50 and what can be done today with nutrition to start feeling more energised, lighter and most importantly happier.
3️⃣ Learn practical tips to help you integrate yoga into your daily routine. Sandrine will share her top tips that do not involve deprivation or counting calories.
4️⃣ Connect with like-minded women on a similar journey, creating a supportive and nurturing environment. Share stories, experiences, and wisdom during the Women’s Circle, fostering a sense of camaraderie and sisterhood as you navigate the transformative phase of menopause together.
