Gentle Yoga (In person & Online)


You are never too old to start yoga!

Yoga helps to improve posture, balance, flexibility and mobility, to relieve lower back pains, to reduce stress, to strengthen muscles and improve general well-being.

During this class, you will be guided through a series of gentle, flowing movements, designed to increase flexibility, improve posture, and enhance overall well-being. I prioritize your comfort and safety, providing modifications and adjustments to meet the individual needs of each participant.


Through the practice of gentle yoga, you will learn to cultivate a deeper sense of mindfulness and inner awareness. The slow and deliberate movements, combined with conscious breathing techniques, help calm the mind and release tension from the body. As you move through each pose, you will be encouraged to listen to your body's needs and honor your personal limitations, fostering a sense of self-compassion and acceptance.


This class is suitable for all fitness levels, making it an ideal choice for those recovering from injuries, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking a more gentle approach to their yoga practice. The emphasis is on listening to your body, finding balance, and embracing the present moment.
