A dynamic yoga practice with an intelligent sequencing to strengthen and tone muscles & joints, increase flexibility and stamina that integrates short vinyasa sequences, breathing techniques (pranayama), visualization and mudras.
Designed to link movements and breath through sequences involving a blend of forward bends, twists, sidebends, backbends and balances with strong emphasis on the breath through pranayama practices, finishing off with a well-deserved relaxation at the end to help you feeling good.
This yoga class - regularly practiced - helps to improve physical, emotional and mental wellbeing and is designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated, calm, relaxed, stretched, toned and positive.
This class is not suitable during pregnancy or anyone who is unable to transition easily from mat to standing and viceversa. 18yrs+ only.
If I record the practice, the recording will be made available to all those who have paid for the class for 3 days.
