Duration of session: 60 minutes In Person/Online The first part of the session will focus on stretching the body, tight muscles, joints and encourage the body to release tension and tightness. The aim is to promote a sense of balance physically to all systems (muscular, digestive, cardiovascular, respiratory and nervous systems). The second part of the session will a Yoga Nidra to rest body and mind, leaving you feeling grounded and calm, to start the week ahead. This class is not suitable during pregnancy. 18yrs+ only.
CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER POLICIES With Term Deals, Courses or Monthly Class Passes, no refund or carry forwards will be made for unused sessions. GROUP IN THE HALL SESSIONS: Booking is required, 24 hours prior to class at the latest. No drop ins will be allowed until further notice | Individual monthly passes: to be purchased before your first class and must be used within the same calendar month. | Cancellation or Transfer of a group Class In the Hall booking: 24 hour notice is required. The request will only be processed if the cancellation is received 24 hours before the start time. | Transfer of group Class in the Hall booking within the same month between classes of the same duration will be permitted. | Upgrades of passes during the month will be allowed (so if you purchase say a monthly 2 sessions pass you can upgrade to a 3 or 4 monthly pass, paying the difference in the monthly subscription). GROUP ONLINE CLASSES (individual, not a course/term deal): You can transfer a booking to another date up to 4 hours of the start of the class. No refunds will be made if you miss the class and you have not informed me at least 4 hours prior to the start of the class. When recordings are made available to you and you have not attended the class, no refund will be given. Workshops, Special Events (Restorative) or Masterclasses: no refunds if the cancellation is made within 3 weeks of the event.
