A very gentle, paced and restorative class, focused on gentle stretches and on the joints, to help improve flexibility and mobility. Each session is designed so that yoga can be practised on a chair. We will focus on the correct alignment of the body and learn relaxing breathing techniques, connect the movements with the breathing. Ideal for those looking to improve their general well-being.
All are welcome, however, the practice is design to suit 55 yrs+
