Hatha Yoga - Mixed ability

A mixed ability class designed for all levels, most suited to those who have  completed a beginners course or are practising yoga.  We will explore  a variety of postures, with short vinyasa sequences to strengthen the muscles, improve  stability in the joints and balance in body , increase awareness of breathing and focus the mind.   Each class  will finish with a final relaxation, breathing techniques  and/or meditation.
