This yoga class is suitable for Level 1 and Level 2. Each session is a building block, focusing on improving strength and flexibility; plenty of modifications and options are given during the practice to suit all levels. During the practice we will work on connecting movement and breathing, learning breathing techniques (pranayama) that are so important for our well-being, during our practice as as well as in everyday life. The aim of the class is to make you feel relaxed and grounded with better knowledge of your body’s potentials and challenges.
