Wishing to stretch and relax at the end of the week? Improve your strength, balance and flexibility? This yoga class is suitable for those who would like to start practising yoga or have not practised for a long time. We’ll take one step at a time and learn the basic yoga postures (asanas) . We will learn to connect body and mind with the breath and go through breathing techniques so important for our well being, in the practice as well as in our everyday life. Each session will include time for relaxation.
