Gentle Yoga 55+

Yoga can be practised by anyone and can be started at any age. Yoga is about improving general well being, improving the connection with body and breath, improving balance, mobility and flexibility. These classes are designed for those who wish to stretch and exercise in a paced and relaxed environment. The classes are small (8 students maximum per session) so that more attention can be given to the participants.

A new home for Gentle Yoga 55+ - Exciting news

I am pleased to announce that from September 2019, Gentle Yoga 55+ will return to Banstead Church Institute, Banstead High Street (by the Church Green). And what’s more, there will be 3 classes on Fridays, at 9.30am, 10:45am and 12 noon!

This class is a gentle class suitable for 55 years + and it is held in the Gable Room (entrance at the back of the cafe or through the cafe). Due to the flight of stairs to come up to the Gable Room, this class is not suitable for those with mobility issues.
