About the Course

Starting with warming up, you will focus on stretching the body, tight muscles, joints and encourage the body to release tension and tightness and let go of tension accumulated during the day. Asanas will include a series of backbends, sidebends, twists aimed to tone the muscles and move the spine in every direction to help improve flexibility and the range of movements in the body.

The aim is to promote a sense of balance physically to all systems (muscular, digestive, cardiovascular, respiratory and nervous systems) and unblock the energy to promote mental and emotional equilibrium, ending the session with relaxation to rest body and mind, leaving you feeling grounded, rejuvenated, energized, stretched, toned and positive!

This yoga class - regularly practiced - helps to improve physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

This class is not suitable during pregnancy or anyone who is unable to transition easily from mat to standing and viceversa. 18yrs+ only.
